Store Policies


Return Policy:

Items may be returned within 30 days from the original delivery date for a full refund. All returns and exchanges must be in original (brand new) condition and include all packaging and accessories. The Other Side reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of a return or exchange. Due to the high cost of shipping to foreign countries and expedited shipping, extra shipping charges may not be refunded under certain circumstances. Please contact us if you have any questions about our return policy!


Shipping Info:


Domestic packages

Standard Shipping – Free for all domestic orders over $50. Small packages under 13 ounces will typically be shipped via USPS First Class and arrive within around 2-3 business days. Larger packages will typically be shipped via FedEx ground and typically arrive within 1-5 business days.

Priority/Expedited Shipping - We will typically either use USPS Priority or FedEx 2nd Day Air. Your purchase should arrive within about 2-3 business days of purchase.

Overnight/Express Shipping – We will typically either use USPS Express or FedEx Overnight Shipping. If your purchase is made before Noon CST, you can expect your item to arrive the next business day.


International packages

Standard Shipping – Please Note: Standard Shipping is the same as Priority/Expedited.

Priority/Expedited Shipping – Items will be shipped via USPS Priority International, and should arrive within about 2-3 weeks.

Express Shipping – Items will be shipped via USPS Express International, and should arrive within about 3-5 business days.

International customers are advised to check with their local customs office to see if duties/taxes will apply to your purchase.
