Why Da Buddha?
Very easy, because it is made of the highest quality parts available! The housing is solid aluminum so you don't have to worry about a fire hazard like the wood designs. The housing goes through a pain staking process of cutting, drilling, grinding, filling, sanding, sand blasting and then it's anodized to get a nice finish. We use only the highest quality ceramic heater on the market. We have tested almost every brand heater, before choosing the type we use now. We have come to the conclusion you get what you pay for. The temperature is fully adjustable. On top of that you get a 3-year warranty giving you the peace of mind.

How Da Buddha Works
Da Buddha vaporizer is a very unique vaporizer. Da Buddha Vaporizer uses an all glass and ceramic heater. Untainted air is inhaled through a small hole in the glass heater. The herbal vaporizer heats the air up to vaporizing temperature. Hot air passes through Da Buddhas glass heater and into the glass wand. Now the air that you are inhaling is hot enough to vaporize your favorite smoking tobacco that is in the wand. You can change how hot the air is by inhaling faster or slower. The slower you inhale the longer the air is in the glass heater, so therefore the air gets hotter. If inhaling slower still does not get the air hot enough turn Da Buddha up a little more. Other wand herbal vaporizers on the market have intake air that passes by all the electrical wires and connections inside the unit. Da Buddha Herbal Vaporizer is also the only vaporizer to have all the hot metal eliminated from the path of the air you are inhaling to offer the cleanest vaporization possible. The vapor is cool enough that it does not get the screen hot enough to give off any metal fumes. We use a stainless steal screen in Da Buddha Herbal Vaporizer. Da Buddha also features a very uniquely designed heater. We have been able to keep our ceramic heater separated from the all the other parts. Our intake air passes only by glass and ceramic.

What makes the heating element so unique?
The ceramic part of the heater is what sets this unit apart from all the competitors out there. Da Buddha's ceramic heater is top of the line quality. No expense has been taken in effort to provide the customer with the best product on the market. A ceramic heating element is great because ceramic gives off no toxins at all. Ceramic posses the same quality as glass as it doesn't emit any toxins when heated to very high temperatures unlike metal.
Da Buddha's ceramic heater is made from Alumina ceramic. Alumina ceramic features the same crystal structure as a sapphire and ruby after the sintering process. The sintering process is when the ceramic is heated to a very high temperature and basically melts, hardens again and becomes harder and stronger than it was before the sintering process. Da Buddhas' heater is made by printing a resistor on a sheet of alumina ceramic. This is then rolled into a rod and sintered into one solid piece. The picture below shows how our heater is made. Other cheaper ceramic heaters are made by putting a nichrome wire in a ceramic tube and capping it with a ceramic putty. Our ceramic heater has the resistor completely encased by the ceramic so no oxidation occurs. This is the reason that we can offer a 3 year warranty.
