Your privacy is very important to us, and we do everything possible to protect it when you place an order with us. We will only ship your package in plain packaging with a discreet return address (it will not say The Other Side, or mention vaporizers, etc.). We ship packages out every weekday, Monday thru Friday, and you should expect your package to be shipped out within about 24 hours. Most of the aromatherapy vaporizers and grinders we sell include manufacturer’s warranties against defects. As an Authorized Retailer, we are committed to assisting you with any warranty service or troubleshooting issues you might need help with during the ownership of your product. In most cases, we will be able to provide you with a replacement after the defective product is returned to us. However certain manufacturers require that customers seeking warranty service contact them directly, and in those cases we will provide you will all necessary relevant contact info to make your repair or exchange as simple as possible.
