Q: What is an Aromatherapy Vaporizer?

A: An Aromatherapy Vaporizer is a device used to release essential oils and other aromatic compounds from herbal remedies. Aromatherapy has shown to be helpful in inducing relaxation, reducing depression and stress, and treatment of respiratory problems. Common herbs used for Aromatherapy Vaporizers include chamomile, sage, lavender, thyme, and peppermint. Aromatherapy Vaporizers are also becoming popular in the culinary industry as a way to add new flavors to foods that were before too difficult or even impossible to apply because of excessive heat during cooking.

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: Shipping on all orders over $50 is FREE within the United States! You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Will I be required to pay sales tax?

A: Only residents of Missouri are required to pay sales tax.

Q: How do you ship your products?

A: We ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. If you have a special request for shipping, please don't hesitate to ask!

Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: To view the status of your order on our website, you need to have created a customer account prior to placing your order. To create a new store account or log in to an existing account, please go to the My Account page.

Q: Why was my order not processed?

A: If you received a notice at checkout that your order was not processed due to an error, this was most likely due to a mismatch between the billing/shipping address we were given, and that which is on file with your credit card company or bank. If the address doesn’t match, the order will not process through our shopping cart system. If you believe the address is correct but are still having checkout issues, please Contact Us.

Q: Why is the shopping cart not calculating my order total properly?

A: In some instances our shopping cart system has been known to add on extra shipping fees onto orders that were supposed to have free international or free overnight shipping. If this happens, please contact us after placing your order and we will immediately refund you for any extra shipping fees assessed. However if extremely heavy or bulky items are added to orders with free overnight shipping, it is possible that these extra items may be shipped separately via Standard Shipping, unless you wish to pay express shipping fees for the additional items.

If you are unable to enter your coupon during checkout, please contact us after placing the order and we will immediately refund you the difference.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit/debit cards. We also accept Check or Money Order payments, however those payment must be received and processed by our bank before the order will be shipped out.

Q: Where are you located?

A: Our office is near St. Louis, Missouri, however we also have a partner warehouse in Florida that ships out select products for us.
